Thomas Workspace Access is a private internal tool for accounts explicitly authorized by Thomas. It accesses Google user data only after the account holder grants permission through Google's OAuth consent flow.

Data accessed

The tool currently accesses email, calendar, files, contacts, documents, spreadsheets, directory information, other contacts, and basic account identity on a read-only basis.

How data is used

Authorized data is used only to retrieve, search, summarize, organize, and assist Thomas with his own personal and business operations. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.

Storage and processing

OAuth credentials are stored in protected local credential storage. Authorized content may be processed by service providers used to operate the assistant and may appear in local operational records or backups when necessary for the requested task. Access is limited to operating and securing the tool.

Sharing

Google user data is disclosed only to service providers necessary to operate, secure, or maintain the tool, or when required by law. It is not transferred to third parties for advertising or sale.

Retention and deletion

Data and operational records are retained only as needed for the authorized task, security, recovery, or applicable legal obligations. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Local OAuth credentials and retained operational data can also be deleted on request.
