Thomas Workspace Access is a private internal tool, not a service offered to the public. Use is permitted only for accounts and users explicitly authorized by Thomas.
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the tool unlawfully. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.
The tool is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
These terms may be updated as the tool or legal requirements change. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
